Robo Call. Voice said I owed over $10,000 to the I.R.S. and that if I did not pay it, a warrant would be issued for my arrest. Voice then said this amount would be waived if I paid $1,000 to settle with the I.R.S. by giving them my credit card number to charge off settlement amount. I told the caller I was referring them to the F.B.I. The phone then went dead.
