I been receiving calls from from blocked number as well, stating I was going to be served with papers today between 1 and 2pm. He called yesterday saying I was going to be served yesterday between 4 and 5pm, and to call back 844-673-1143. I didnt call back, cause I KNOW this is a scam. Then gone give me an address which is an OLD address anyway. SMH

This guy is calling my family members informing them that a civil complaint has been filed in his office attached to my name. He gives the last digits of my social and birth date. Says that I'm being named as a Defendant in the legal action and he's mandated to dispatch someone out to my residence or place of employment. He then leaves my home address. He then says to call his filing firm at 844-673-1143. When you call the # a message is on there indicating the company name as NFC !

My family has been receiving similar calls. The person tells them that there are fraud charges pending and that I have 24 hours to contact them concerning the matter. They leave 844-673-1143 as the contact # and a case #. I was scammed last year for $1700 dollars after receiving these same type of threats. Threats of warrants being issued if I don't pay whatever it is they say you owe for.
