called again today @ 9 am and said -"a guy stating his name was Greg Nixxon and he was with Legal support Services and he would be serving me documents to sign for a court date and I would need to have a photo id when he comes by my home tomorrow - and if he has to come by my place of employment tomorrow because I'm not home.... I will have to have my Supervisor witness me signing the documents- AGAIN. he would try and locate me at my place of employment and to make sure my supervisor was around to witness my signature. he said if he was unable to locate me at either home/work that it would be an automatic refusal on my part part and that I must call his in the next hour to settle this matter.
Now this morning he said he was unable to locate and serve me yesterday because of some issues ..... but that he would be out to serve me today and this is my last and final chance to handle this - then he said cya shortly.
