This 'processing clerk' called asking for my mom, saying she had been served a civil complaint by California. I asked for more details as to what the civil complaint referenced, but he did not give me any more details. He gave me a number and a case number to reference. It sounds like a scam though going from what I've found on other sites; the number he gave me leads to LM Financial, a sketchy collection agency.
