Stated that they were going to serve papers for legal action against me, and would I be home during the next hour. I said no, I was on the road, They wanted me to take a number and case number, explained again that I was driving and couldn't, so they called back and left a message with this number to call, threatening that I shold call immediately, 'or a decision would be made against me'. they've tried calling three times in the past 3 hours.
