Saying that they had some legal cases in my name and they are taking me to court. They said that they have tried repeatedly to contact me by mail and phone and I have not responded so they have no recourse but to turn me over to legal outsourcing if i do not respond immediately.
I have not received any mail correspondence from whomever or phone calls so it has to be a scam.

There has been no paper work sent to me at all, and I filed for bankruptcy 3 years ago, everything went, there is no debt out there, cause I am in a chapter 13. I believe this to be a scammer...a true ATTY firm would send paper work to your home and tell you who they have as a client!
