Said she had a docket case number for me and to call 844-809-4100 about a past internet payday loan that was taken out in May of 2008. Gary claims it is 4,000.00 but will settle with 1,000.00. in 200.00 payments every two weeks.This lady had all my bank information from a past account that has been closed for nearly 6 years. Said if it wasn't paid she would take me to court for fraud and even bank fraud.I have no clue about a payday loan, and 6 years is a very long time to wait to contact a person about something so serious about any type of fraud. Because I am totally not sure about the situation. I cannot remember if I ever took out an internet payday loan. I have paid them 434.00. Should I stop paying? I also read that they can take out a civil judgement and garnish your wages. Please help..
