All this guy does is harrass people. He is completely non professional and full of crap. He harrassed me for about 2 weeks straight. Contacted every body he could relate me too. 1. Professionals do not talk to a third party 2. It is illegal to share your financial situations with anybody else besides THE person on the account. . He threatens to serve you with papers. Has another person call and leave voicemails stating to call his "office" and the voicemails always ending with a laughing line of "GOOD LUCK" at the end. If you If you call these numbers back there are already disconnected. Anybody who is going to serve you papers does not give you a certain time frame as to which time to be home and sit around and wait for the papers. Also, they are completely aware of my home address and still threaten to show up at my work. They called my work , and I told them that I was there and they could meet me out front with the “documents” they had to give me. They were quick to hang up the phone. The police now have written documentation on this telephone number, and my case is active with the police, and I have yet to receive another phone call (funny how that works). I have recorded documentation of him calling me uneducated, etc. Also he can not provide any information as to where this “debt” is coming from and insists on giving “16 digit card number” over the phone. NO WRITTEN PROOF, NO LEGAL NUMBERS, NO LEGAL ANYTHING. Who in there right mind is going to give their banking account information over the phone without knowing who the hell you are? This guy needs to come up with a better tactic, and find a hobby during the day rather than harassing people.

so dale called me today and said that he has scheduled a dave kindred to come out to my house and serve me with legal documents. he told me via voicemail that he would be at my house between the hours of 3 and 5pm tomorrow september 3. he said that if i have any questions regarding the matter i should call this 844-811-3905, which i did and the man on the other line did confirm the last 4 digits of my social security number and my home address. he proceeded to tell me about a payday loan that i had in 2012 in the amount of 300 dollars, and that i will be getting served papers to appear in civil court and i would have to pay like 1600 dollars for legal costs and court fees, and whatever else he said. i guess my question is how come a police officer isn't serving me and how is it that i am just finding out about this some 2 years later? i did have quite a few payday loans back in the day but i went through a pay day debt consolidation and was finished paying over a year ago. any suggestions? the name of the company that they are referring to is called peak 3 holdings, and i have never heard of these people.

The guy is a fake lawyer. He won't even state the location of his "office", claims he didn't call you, he hangs up on you if he realizes you're not as naive as he thinks and jc consultants is a BS "company" online on some fake webpage that a five year old probably designed. I mean, ANYONE can make a webpage now a days. He will scare you and say he's going to serve you, but won't tell you ANYTHING about the supposed civil case and will NEVER serve you papers. Know your rights people. If they call blocked, don't explain why they're calling or won't stop calling, it's a total scam. I'm currently filing a police report against him. He messed with the wrong person today. I can't wait to see this guy in person during MY court case.

They called at my work and I answered the phone when they asked for me by name I told them that I was not there and asked if i could take a message. they told me that there were legal documents that they wanted to let me know about and gave me the number 8448113905 to call back when I looked up the number it was for JC Consultants. I know it is illegal for them to call you at work. Have no idea what they are talking about also strange that it came up private caller at work phone and restricted on cell phone.
