This woman has contacted my mother. My father and my mother in law. I received a call from This jennifer wright saying she is a litigation specialist and if I do not pay on this debt tgey will take legal action. When I asked them to send something out they said they only send via email. She also transferred my call to an "attorney" and he advised me to get a prepaid visa card to pay off my debt. They call everyday saying by this evening we will take legal action. I'm still waiting. They are fraud. Do not give them your information.

Trying to collect 1000 dollars on a 400 dollar original debt. Will not send me any info or paperwork and told me to get a prepaid visa to pay off this debt. They called my mom mother in law and said if I didn't pay they will sue for 3000. They call before 8 am every day.

I have had several conversations with these people. They claim that I received a $400 payday loan from a SJM Marketing on November 14, 2011. She said I can pay now $760 or they will sue me and I will have to pay $2700. They have my address, SSN and contacted my Granddaughter looking for my daughter. They claim to have an electronic agreement on an email account that I was using at the time. The oldest email I can see on that account is Jan 2012. They gave me the account number that I was to have repaid the loan from. This account was closed because we had fraudulent charges against it. I have been contacted on several occasions by people with a heavy Indian accent who have said they will see me court and wish me Good Luck and tell me they feel sorry for me. They never gave me their company name and after harassing me non-stop @ work, they finally gave up. They were rude. This lady was not rude but she was not budging. She said first she would give me until Monday but later she said she would give me to the end of next week. She has not provided me with any proof, just said they have an electronic contract on my email. I told her I was going to have the bank pull my statement for that month. I told her I would provide the copies of the bank account to show I did not receive the money and I asked her how they were going to prove that I did. She advised me to pay the $760 and then pursue it later. That is what most people do. How do I go about reporting this?
