This is a scammer. Claimed that we have bounced checks everywhere and they are suing if we dont clear it up immediately. We don't write checks soooo....

called me saying I had a payday loan that I had not paid in 2011 and that I had 30 days to pay it or I would be going to jail they would be coming to get me I told him I did not have a payday loan.I didn't ask him who was the original company that I owed money too and they said that they could not tell me because they were trying to make a case against me so then I told him I was calling the FTC and I was also calling the attorney general. Have not heard anything back from them yet
