Claims this is from a payday loan from 2009. Threatening to pursue legal action where I live. I told them to either serve me or send me the appropriate paperwork so I could check my records. They claimed they tried to get in touch with me but I have receive nothing from them during the past 5 years. I always update my address with the US Post Office whenever I move so any mail would be forwarded to myself. The woman was rude, wouldn't let me get a word in. I tried to give her my current address so they could send me any paperwork and I could check my records.
