They claim they are calling from "Number One Concepts" - However, they refuse to provide their physical location in terms of City and State. I even wonder if Number One Concepts is their actual name.
I do know that their phone message is ILLEGAL and violates a number of Federal and State laws. If you receive a call from them, retain the phone message and if at all possible, record your phone conversation with them. Then report the matter to the FTC and the CFPB.
