I've just started getting calls from 08456013843 too and being particularly sceptical I picked it up & an indian lady (well she had an Indian accent) asked me my first name, then surname then I stopped her when she asked for my card number.... It smelt more like someone recording my details to later empty my account or spend on my credit card. A fraud attempt.
I asked for her name, managers name & company name but she refused.
Banks are never supposed to ask for your details over the phone so it was extremely dodgy this call.
I informed I would visit my branch tomorrow instead rather than give out my private information to fraudulent people & hung up on her. I would advise other people to do the same.
Visit your branch DON'T give out your details.
