Yes, but since he lied about his phone number I doubt if the name he gave is real.
The Company that is doing this is "Dynia Associates" in Antioch, IL.
They have called me repeatedly, looking for a woman who USED to have my phone number. I have asked them to remove my number but they keep harassing me. I filed two complaints today: The first with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the second with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This company is violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) by repeatedly calling my number which was given to me by Frontier Communications.
Their employee, told me his number was (800) 385-3314 Ext 162; however my Caller ID showed that he called from (847)603-4521.
If these people call me one more time, I will contact my attorney and file a civil lawsuit. I will also file a complaint with the Attorney Generals of Arizona and Illinois!
