I called back and the receptionist answered quickly...F-A-R... so I asked what? She said FAR...I asked her what that stands for? She said "Did you get a call from us?" I said yes, what is the full name of your company?" She answered "I'll transfer you!" I told her No, I just want the name of the company and I immediately heard hold music. Some guy answered I said " I didn't ask to be transferred I asked the name of your company." he answered..."Financial Asset Resolution" very fast and then tried to talk over me asking me my name...very rude.
