I receive frequent calls from this #. No message is ever left on my cell phone. I do not have any loan that is past due and I am very curious as to why I am being contacted by ISAC. So, I called back. The phone was answered by a person identifying herself only as Julie. When I said I was calling in reference to these phone calls she said, "let me get you to that department". I was promptly transferred to a gentleman who identified the department as the Default Prevention Department. This guy asked for my name and SSN. Stupidly I suppose, I provided that information. He then dropped off and the call was transferred to some call-center operator who played dumb. She asked for my name and number for a callback.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and with the National DoNotCall Registry as my number has been listed on the DNC since Nov 2006 and I have done NO business with ISAC nor do I have any outstanding debt that they would be concerned about.
