I never answer, they never leave a message. Just another of the many companies that don't care if you are on the DNC list. There are 10 questions they are required to answer if you ask and there is a $500. fine for each question they do not answer. The bad news is you have to go to small claims court to charge them so it is a waste of time. Most of them will just hang up on you when you start asking them questions so nothing ever happens to them.

Constant calls. I have no revolving credit, definite scam. I asked the woman who she was trying to reach, and she said it was automated, and when I asked What company this was, she said she was to busy for this and hung up on me. Call BELLSOUTH and keep complaining. Look the number up on searchbug.com, gives names. This is a landline number.

I was told (automated voice) that this was my last chance to lower my interest rate and to press 1 as "account managers" were standing by. As I pay interest on only my mortgage I know this is A PHISHING ATTEMPT. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL! DO NOT GIVE OUT ACCOUNT NUMBERS.

Received a call today from same FL location, one of about five. Recorded message says this is final offer to lower my interest rates. When I press one to speak to a representative, the person comes on line and states this in regards to all my cards. First time I told caller they couldn't represent all my cards as they are with different banks, etc., that caller hung up. Subsequent callers have done likewise, until today when the rep I spoke with said I was so rude that she was going to call everyday for a year.

Look, this is a scammer, they will not respect the DNC list as they are illegal anyway. The best thing you can do is try to get /some/ identifying information - ANYTHING - to take back to the state attorney general, FTC, etc.
