Called and left no message. Have read elsewhere that it is Cox Communications trying to sell an upgrade. Have put the number in my phone under "Telemarketer - Ignore." As their additional services are insanely expensive, I suggest you do the same.

The phone number and extension they give you "in case you have a problem" It's this one.

Very nice, polite, friendly woman but the bill was still $250+ for that $19.99 special
