Do not get worried about these bottom feeders. They have bought up an old debt of yours and cannot sue you unless you have been served by the court. They will tell you this to scare you into making some type of payment arrangement or pay anything at all. Do not give them any information and do not pay them unless you feel the need to. Make sure they validate the debt and prove that you are the owner of this debt. Do not worry, they are not suing you nor will they ever sue you. They just try to scare people into paying and violate many collection laws in the process. Tell them you are recording their calls and I assure you they will hang up.

They faxing over for my imformation on me and to send it back and when I call the number its a law firm and im being sued but how do you know if this is true or not

She said to call her back at 855-350-5495 ext 111 but the number that popped up was the 716 area cod number. She said that there was a claim that was associated with my social security number & if I wanted more information about it to call her back before it gets to my county-this is my notification.
