This caller calls at 6 am every day, they always hang up when I answer. When I call back the line is busy or inactive. Scam? Not sure but I have now blocked them.

THEY ARE CALLING AND RECORDING YOUR ANSWERING PATTERNS. THAT INFO GETS SENT TO THE COLLECTION AGENCY OR TELEMARKETING AGENCY AND YOUR NAME GOES ON A LIST WITH THE MOST OPTIMAL TIME TO CALL YOU. THEY THEN PHONE FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER. IT STOPS THEM MAKING UNANSWERED CALLS.

They have called me 8 times in the last hour. I answered once got what sounded like wind. I tried calling back and get that all their representatives are busy. I am getting really annoyed because it is my cell phone they are calling.
