Every day for the past 4 days he leaves a voice mail on my phone for someone this number does not belong to threatening to serve them in person at their home or place of business. Each day he ends the call with "this is your final notice."

He calls to say he's looking for my dtr, has court sealed papers to deliver to her, I told him this is MY PHONE no not her's, he does not have my address, he WILL NOT say what the papers are...he has her like 4th last address to deliver them to. And he ends with...THIS IS YOUR FINAL NOTICE!
