Called to say i owed money and if i didnt pay they could block my bank account, freeze my tax refund. They have been calling neighbors who have listed numbers with my last name repeatedly. Had a "process server" call today to my cell with the wrong address information. Number process server called from is a throw away phone and 855 number has unidentified voice mail. I advised them if they go to my neighbors house i would turn them in to NC attorny generals office.
