Told me that I have a fax order of documents and that I needed to call back to confirm my address for delivery...sounds like a scam to me.

Said the same thing to me..but could not give me details on this so-called loan. I kept probing and probing and the lady said "Whateva" and hung up....
I blocked the number immediately....

Said that I was being sued and that I went online to get a loan, didn't pay it back and now I'm being sued... But for a fee, it could go away.... Yeah right. Then just said I'd have to go to court fight it... I said to bring it on... Because I haven't taken out any loans and this is a complete scam.

This is scary becasue they had both my cell and work number and said similar things as the comments above. When I called and asked for the person who left me the message, she said he was in court. She said that I took out a loan with some random company back in 2011 and didn't pay it back. I asked for the exact date the supposed money was deposited I told her that I would contact my bank to get the records because I did not receive any money. She got an attitude and told me to do what I needed to but she couldn't stop any action that was going to happen. The next time they call I will let them know that I've reported this to the authorities and to lose my number!
