All above/below r true!!! Very Unprofessional! Also gave the names Steve Mac, Mr. Holt. When my wife became upset and asked to speak to a supervisor he tried disguising his voice, but my wife KNEW and called him on it! Don't fall for this SCAM! Report it!

I hope you did not fall for their intimidation tactics...they are scammers...call the court yourself or a consumer attorney or your state Attorney general office and they will tell you this is a scam to try to extort money from people...

Said he had a ACH that didn't go through my bank and they were going to turn it over to the Clark County District Court if I didn't make payment arrangements today. I had 10 minutes to make a decision or they were going to proceed with their investigation.

I received a robocall from 855-969-8587 stating, "Hello. This is Jonathan Hickey. I am a check fraud investigator. A bad check linked to your social security number and/or drivers license. For more information, please contact us at 855-969-8587. Reference docket number: xxxxxx, or press 9 to speak to a live agent". I believe this to be a SCAM!
