First they called a family member and left a message with a call back number. I called the number 855-974-6441 Ben answered and told me they were collecting a debt from back in May of2011 and I said I paid the debt and have a paid in full letter. He got his manager Sam Ross and he stated that I should go to my bank and file a faud claim to get my money back and that the account numbers did not match theirs. So in turn they wanted me to pay them and would work with me due to the fraud from the other company. They were to send me an e mail which I never received.
