This is a scam text message from a firm soliciting real estate professionals. They claim to be setting up a "listing workshop for referral partners," and they call cellphones day and night. They are crooks wasting your time and should be blocked, or at least insulted, if you can ever find a human being to talk to. Lotsa luck -- these are robocalls and you cannot reach a real person. To show you how ridiculous this is, it is impossible to accept their offer of a "workshop," no matter how you try or how willing you might pretend to be.
