9am this guy calls and says my brother was in an accident with his cousin and my brother has no paperwork with him . His cousin is pissed and has a gun and wants to shoot him. He needs $$. I asked him my brothers name and car description and he couldn't answer. I then told him I didn't have a brother and he said now my cousin is gonna be mad your brother lied and shoot him. He then said are you sure you have no family driving in New Jersey ? I said no . I wished him luck and hung up.
Sounded like a Portuguese accent male caller .

Tony called me and said someone with the same last name as mine got into a car accident with his convict cousin and his cousin's new BMW had $15,000 in damage. I told him I was not responsible for anyone and don't know anyone. He wanted me to pay his cousins $900 deductible. It was a scam, he called twice and I didn't answer the first time. He called back and used my full name from my voicemail the second time to make it sound legit. What insurance company has a $900 deductible... It's usually $500 or $1000. I hung up on him and then he texted me saying he will shoot and dump the body!! Total scam
