This law office/debt collector calls and harasses family members and friends of the person whom they are trying to get money from. If for whatever reason they can't reach the person they really want they need to stop harassing the general public.

When I answer they don't speak, but they leave a message if I don't answer.

This is a law office and debt collector who calls and harasses family members and friends of the person whose debt they are trying to get money for. They need to only call the phone number they have for the actual person who has the debt or who they believe has the debt, not their friends and or relatives. They are harrasing family and friends and not to forget to mention are very rude and harassing on the phone.
