Called and said mentioned a legit loan I had delinquent in the past.. wanted me to set up payments or I would get served to go to court and the allegations were intentional fraud.. I believed them and they said they could settle it from $3300 down to $800. I gave them my debit card info and my bank didn't approve it. They told me it was fraud. I looked up the number and read comments and then knew it was a lie I then called back the company and the told me a sheriff would be serving me tomorrow... never happened.

Claimed that I took out a quick cash loan back in Feb. 11 for $300.....said that they had a subpoena out for me....said I could either pay $3500 in court or settle now for $600........I went to bank for verification.....bank records proved that NO money was deposited into my account (company had my account #) for the first 6 months of the year by anyone for the amount of $300........call was outside York County (PA)....phone # did not originate in county...
