A return call to it answers as "Office of Workforce Development" but doesn't list a STATE name or other info. Message said, "Due to high volume of calls, we are unable to take your call now - try again later."

Again, IS THIS LEGIT??? WHY is no more confirming info available?

Recorded message, looking for 'the person who filed an unemployment claim" and asked that we call the same number back. May be legit, but can't get confirmation anywhere. Does not match original numbers given to us. If they ARE Mass Unemployment, why don't they PUT THEIR NAME on the outgoing Caller ID?
