I got a call from 866-286-3206 at my job today a Mr. Mc Kinnon claimed I had a loan from I believe he said My cash Now. That Company is not a lender, It's a loan search match for pay day loans. Of course I have never had loan from them. He then said that he was representing a company that wanted to send the police out to my job to arrest me for fraud or theft. I know that collections does not work that way. They had allot of my information, including my ssn. After I hung up on the guy. He actually called my work back and told them the same story and tried to get them to confirm my ssn. Next time they call we are going to try and get a physical address for the company. From what I can gather from some research Credit Solutions LLC Diversified Management Is the company making the call. http://www.creditsolutionsatlanta.com/ that is a link to their site I think. I'm never going to give them any money. They will have to show me proof on any debt. Which they can't because I did not take a loan.

Do not call back. This is a scam. They claim I owed a payday loan that I had paid 3 years ago! Then said I had another with a company I had never heard of.

I RECEIVED HARRASSING CALL FROM THIS NUMBER STATING I COMMITTED FRAUD?? WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? I DON'T WANT TO CALL BACK IF THIS IS A SCAM.

I got a message from this guy, and it definitely violates the FDCPA. I saved it and will have my attorney file suit. Plus, I've paid this off a long time ago, and don't know why they are still calling me.
