a strange accent, i could barely understand what he was saying
had the last 4 digits of my social security number...
but clearly fishy and false
if IRS wanted to contact me about something important, they would mail me

Claimed to be from the IRS. Threatened I would be arrested if I did not confirm my information. He knew a lot of my info. I called the number back and he answered. Very strange for a person to answer on an IRS number.
