Lois Osborne from Sedgwick Claims for Verizon refused to replace a piece of test equipment the jackleg "tech" destroyed. She thought it was funny I did not have a piece of equipment to do my job, did not care about my loss, blamed me and defended the tech's destruction, could not see it being a problem because it did not happen to her and said they do not care about having me as a customer any more. I will be going elsewhere! With the jackleg "tech's" attitude and her attitude, they do not need any more of my money. She was rude and condescending so much after I had to pry the result out of her in between her hubristic attitude, I hung up on that wench. I could not take any more of her rudeness and arrogance. NEVER deal with or hire her! I see she is harassing others for her sick pleasure. Fire this worthless wench!
I found out because I complained about this Lois Osborne, she called Verizon and told them to turn off my telephone service from 24-26.12.12 out of spite. This was done in retaliation to being reported for treating me like trash, being vulgar, insulting, shouting at me, making fun of my loss, backing up the Verizon "tech's" (Russell) vandalism. Since the day before the above complaint, my line has been down at times, some idiot cutting in making vulgar noises, vulgar comments to me, threats of violence, calls not completing on either end and any callers getting a busy signal or a recording the line is out of service. This harassment started a couple of hours after dealing with this rude wench. Everyone says this Lois wench is behind this because of the starting a couple of hours after dealing with her and it is still going on. This harassment has been reported to the feds and FCC. The complaint I sent in to Sedgwick was sent as proof along with every other act Verizon has done. A Verizon tech (at her request?) attempted to sabotage the Verizon box on 5.12.12 after dark. All of this shows she is severely mentally disturbed. Maybe the feds will take action on Verizon and this wench. One attempt to get emergency medical help went incompleted because of no telephone service. I suffered an untreated mild heart attack at home thanks to these egotists.
