I encountered the most annoying caller from this number. This belongs to a collection agency called Global. Told me I have to pay my ex-wife's debt because she gave my name as sort of a guarantor or something. I found this ridiculous. In my 35 years, it's my first time to hear such a thing. I won't take this seriously.

CHRIS BICE IS AN ASSHOLE!!!! He has lied everytime he has called....telling me he has sent faxes, and talked to some man in the office that he doesn't know the name of about a so called debt that we DON'T have! We have 3 people in our office and the only fax machine is at my desk. LIAR! LIAR! We have called Capital One directly and everything is fine. Just hang up when he calls.
