She said she had a claim against me for a payday loan check that was returned from my bank account in June 2013 in the amount of $300. If I did not pay it now, she would proceed with legal action and I would have to pay almost $3000. She said she was in the legal department for Stark Recovery. She indicated the payday loan was with Hiland Holding. She had my social security number and banking information and wanted me to verify it as well. These people need to be stopped!

they called me and said i owen 500 dollars from my old bank which i settled then if i didint pay by a cetain date they well enter a judgment against me not sure thik it is a scam
