My place of employment receives several calls per day, daily, from this number. The calls disconnect when I answer with the company greeting. A search on the Internet identifies this number as belonging to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. We have received similar hang-up calls in the past from numbers identified on the caller ID as "Wells Fargo Ban" or "Wells Fargo HM" or some other variation. Whenever I file a complaint with the FCC, they begin calling from a different number.
Our company does do business with Wells Fargo Bank and so we occasionally receive legitimate calls from them. But now I've become skittish about answering whenever I see the name Wells Fargo on the caller ID.
