From Research on the web, it appears to be Direct TV but I have called Direct TV and they swear they are not callng me and that I am on their do not call for promotion list. Direct TV believes that it is a third party or something. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and I will be calling Direct TV again to speak to a Director about this.

No one there when call is answered, calls several times a day every day including weekends, the number is always busy or they pick up and hang up immediately when you try to call them. I've read that this may be DirecTV - which I cancelled about a year ago.
