Contact your state and the NC state Attorney General's office as well as the FTC and the BBB. File complaints. I live in Texas and they are calling from NC threatening to have me arrested for some civil judgement or suit if I don't call them back. ?? I am easy to find. Why are they ONLY calling my mom and my sister's house?? Why not me? The 3 credit reporting companies all have my phone number. It has not changed in many years. If this were legit, the collection agency could call me directly. They have not. BCN is a scam! Don't fall for it! The strip center they are located in has a Mail Boxes ETC and a UPS store! Please don't fall for this!!!!

They called my mom's house and my sister's house threatening to have me arrested for some civil judgement. They never called me. My siste is a recent victim of identity theft..this leads me to believe that after they got my sister's info and my mom's they were able to locate me as a relative. Darn google makes things so easy! This should be interesting since I am a cop. I contacted and forwarded complaints to the BBB, FTC and both AG's in NC and Texas. The address is in a strip center that contains a Mail Boxes ETC and a UPS store front. There is also an apartment complex that shares this address!! Courtney Lawson, if that is her name is in a lot of trouble for this scam.

They called and left a message for someone we do not know with the same last name. When I called back to tell them they made a mistake she asked for my name. When I wouldn't give it to her she hung up on me. A minute later they called back, but no one was on the other end.
