They left a message on my bosses voice mail. I now have a copy of this. They told my boss who there were and why they were calling. This is illegal in the state of Massachusetts. I will pursue legal action against these idiots.

I have been getting these harassing calls at work. The call shows up as anonymous, but they leave this 18665708644 phone number on a voice mail. Says there is a claim against me and needs to verify my address. I told her there is no claim against me and to go ahead and serve me at the address she has on file. I have her threats on voice mail. I will be happy to go to court.

My step-son was getting phone calls saying they needed to verify my address to serve with "sealed" papers. He was given the 866-570-9644 number and a claim number. Later during the day, all day, started receiving calls from *1 on caller id from a woman very mean threatening me telling me I needed to call the above number and figure it out she was going to serve. Rick Draves made a payment arrangement with me tried adding $200 on to whatever they thought I owed and I gave them $50 with arrangment for 3 future payments. I have cancelled the payments. I asked Rick for his company information and told him I worked for attorneys and that I'd be checking into this to see how legit he was he didn't seem to care and insisted he was. The address given is a post office address.
