I have a prepaid phone, only used for emergencies. I can't afford to waste those costly minutes. These people called me approximately 20 times in 4 hours. If I reject the call, which is what I do most of the time, they call me two more times after the first call. This morning they called twice and woke me up.

I upgraded my cell phone, and although my number remained the same, and that number is on the no-call registry, I have received five or six calls from this phone number over the last six hours.
