I no longer answer this number, but they call several times a day. When I do answer the phone, I hear nothing. Very maddening.

I purchased a furniture from Leon's and this number called me afterwards to conduct a customer satisfaction survey. It's fine that I do the survey, it's just that they call way too many times a day while I was out. They only left a message once. The rest of the calls I just saw on Caller ID.

Called me twice in 3 hours. I called back later, was told it was a survey and to press 1 to be removed from their list.
It's probably a way to harvest active #s that they'll sell on over and over in a list -- guaranteed to have a live (if extremely pissed off) respondent at the other end.
