They continually call several times a day. Only one time has someone answered me when I take the call and it was some middle eastern sounding male saying something about me being interested in furthering my education. I said I was already attending college then he said something else and said bye and hung up. Any other time I answer after that it is silent for 10 seconds even when I contour saying "hello" and then It hangs up. When I call it back it just rings until an automated voice says the party I am trying to reach isn't anawering and for me to call back. Definitely fishy and a pain in the butt.
