I didn't know until today that I was being charged by Smart Step for three straight months now at $20/month! I haven't made a deal with them. All I remember was I got a call from a telephone surveyor a few months back but I didn't authorize anyone to charge me anything! I'm very pissed. I'll file appropriate charges!
