SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! Collection treats over debt covered by Ch 7 Bankruptcy. Wife reported to several places including FBI. An intent to collect a debt must be in writing. It is the law. Do not admit to debt or agree to pay anything unless them send something in writing (which they will not do).

Fake, fake, fake! Scammers calling for someone who has never had this number then asking for my personal information-even though I have no idea who the person is they're calling. A quick search shows these people are trying to scam people with collections threats, or calling for "defendants". Completely bogus.
