Somtimes a recorded message. Nigerian scam artists are using this number which they can dial into a computer program to obtain account information, name and address. This number was originally used by a collection company used by Wachovia to collet overdrafts. Identiy theves picked up on this and now can fake the number to steal your name,address and account number. Report to police.
