Claimed to be from Michigan Power Ball Lottery claiming I was 2nd place in the drawing. He was tasked to deliver a check for $850,000. But, of course, I needed to pay for the initial handling/delivery fee.

I ran him around for a while:
- Why was he calling from Jamaica (area 876)
He claimed it was Jamaica NY (nice try)
- Why did he need handling fee?
Any legit lottery covers that
- Who can I contact to verify

Then, I ran out of time and patience. He hang up on me :)
