I answered the call when it came up as a Jamaican number. When I asked who was speaking, the caller, who was barely audible, said he was from Publisher's Clearing House. I promptly asked for my number to be removed from their list and any other list they were associated with or I would pursue criminal charges. This guy laughed and said "Criminal charges? Ha! For what?" To which I responded "Harassment." He immediately hung up. This is one of MANY phone calls I've received from random numbers. They come in from various states in the country, but this is the first time I've gotten an international call.
