Used abusive language when calling my Sisters phone looking for information about me. He said they were a verification service and this was a routine call. He asked what my address was, phone number, if I was employed, and the last four numbers of my SSN. My sister refused to give him any info. This is when the call became abusive and the person she was talking to said he was an Agent with the Dept of Education, and she could get in Big Trouble for not complying with his verification process. This is where she hung up on him.
