They harass on home phones and cell phones stating they are from computer services (Microsoft) and need your personal information (and computer information) to help you with your computer viruses. LIES! Protect yourself! Don't talk to them! Let's all send in our report to the FTC so we can stop the scammers! The guy on the line had a heavy indian (India) accent.
