This callers machine phoned, and then placed me on hold for over 10 minutes. This is the 3rd company that has had this account, and the 3rd company to be told that I am fighting the "debt". We have gone through months of harassment from these companies, and when we speak, they advise that they will call several times a day if an arrangement is not met. When we advise that this is harassment, they say that it isn't and that it is a reasonable attempt at contacting us.
